The School Fair is Cancelled :(

After much careful consideration, the PTFA has made the tough decision to cancel this year’s event.

This was not a decision we took lightly. As you know, the Spring Fair was our largest fundraiser of the year last year. However, April is proving to be an exceptionally busy month for many families. While our recent polls showed a fair amount of interest, the high number of "unable to attend" responses meant we faced a significant risk of making a loss or only breaking even. Our primary goal is always to raise funds to support our students, and we feel it is more responsible to protect our resources at this time.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who offered their energy, ideas and enthusiasm during the planning stages. Your support is what keeps the PTFA going and we truly appreciate your understanding regarding this change of plans.

Next Steps:

1. Refunds - All tickets and tokens purchased in advance will be fully refunded. You can expect these to be processed within the coming week.
2. Summer Plans - We are now channeling all of our energy and enthusiasm into making our Summer Sports Day stall as amazing as we can. We hope to see you all there to help us make up for the loss of the Spring Fair!
3. Make the Rules 17th April - We are changing the make the rules day to either bring in £1 or a chocolate donation.
